The founder
Christophe Gonthiez
17+ years in aviation. Over a decade in business aviation.
JetOasis was founded by Christophe Gonthiez, an aviation professional with over 17 years of international experience, including more than a decade dedicated to business aviation.
After completing his professional pilot training in France at ENAC (École Nationale de l’Aviation Civile), one of the world’s most prestigious aviation institutions, and pursuing further aviation studies at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, one of the world’s leading aviation universities, Christophe chose to build his career in business aviation rather than following a traditional airline path.
His career took him across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, where he steadily progressed from light business jets to large-cabin aircraft, ultimately serving as Chief Pilot within a private operation. Beyond flight operations, he became closely involved in fleet management, aircraft acquisitions and long-term ownership decisions, giving him first-hand insight into the realities of private aircraft ownership.
These experiences shaped the vision behind JetOasis: an independent advisory firm built on operational expertise, practical experience and trusted relationships across the global business aviation community.
